Should Christians Vote for Obama?

In my opinion, most of the "christians" that say they are voting for Obama are CINO christians... "Christians In Name Only"...

Everyone knows that Obama is not only Pro-Abortion, but also Pro-Infanticide. This alone should be enough to make any true christian cringe. Obama is also a strong supporter of homosexual and lesbian marriages... This also goes against the basic, Biblical tenets of Christianity.

In my opinion, there may be true christians that vote for Obama, but I believe they are dead wrong in doing so... Not because I think so, but because they are voting against the most basic truths of Christianity.

First century Christians were "apolitical" but they were also living under a Roman Ruler that was murdering Christians and Jews. Christians had no rights to express their political views. We live in a free Country that was founded on Judeo-Christian principles and our laws strongly reflect this heritage. In my opinion, if Christians continue to be apathetic America will become even more secular-humanistic than it currently is. We are constantly fighting against the agenda of the ACLU, GLBT, NAMBLA, and other organizations that are adverse to the core values of America and want God to be removed completely from the public square.

You may be a Christian whose convictions will not allow you to participate in the political process because you believe in intercession but not participation. I can respect that, I don't agree with you, but I do respect you and your position.

Thanks, David. We're living in difficult economic times and that is where America's focus is, and has been for too long.

I feel that it is much more important that we have a President and leaders at every level that adhere to a strong, God centered, moral code, than to merely look at what candidate might benefit me personally in a financial way.

Jesus Christ said: "See ye first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these "things" will be added unto you."

Our Country was built on the tenets of Judeo-Christian principles and the further removed we get from these principles the less "blessed" as a Nation we will be.
